She finds out later that Levi happened to have been reading a book in his universe in which the reader is a character of the story and it turns out that she is his favourite character in his book. How will both react to finding out this mystery? How will he return back home? Will a relationship blossom as a product of their admiration of each other's characters? Mostly fluff things. Deku was born deaf, but he been having surgery to his ears. He been told one of his ears is better then the other so he has to use a hearing aid so he be able to actually hear. He knows sign language, he could also write. Still speaking was hard. So he was also mute. Deku only knew few words. Kacchan doesn't know deku was deaf.
