" my name's blurry face and I care what you think. " Dan Howell has an unknown condition where he cannot see faces - no matter what he wears or does - they are always a blur. The doctors nicknamed it 'blurry face', and there's absolutely nothing they can do about it; Dan will have to live without faces. That is, until he meets Phil Lester - the 'bad boy' of Dan's new school - who's face is strangely visible to Dan; much to Dan's wonder and Phil's distaste.

This is one- of a two-part series on how Dan handles parenting situations vs. Phil. Still refuting the idea to them being a couple, Dan Howell and Phil Lester now have an eight year-old daughter. They still live in the old apartment and make videos to support her and have day-jobs. Dan had to take on an extra night-job to pay for expenses. Phil stays home more to keep up the housework (because Dan doesn't know which end of a mop to wet).
