Unedited. While out on a hunt, Daryl Dixon makes an encounter with a single stranger, armed and more than prepared for this world than anyone he's met so far. Soon this stranger is thrown into the group, and from there relationships develop, rivals are formed, and Daryl's feelings for her cannot be understood, until it seems too late. "Attachments are liabilities. Don't think for one second that I ever needed or wanted you. Why are you staring at me?!" She yelled, angrily shoving him away by his shoulders. He didn't seem phased by this. He merely regained his balance, and kept thoughtfully watching her, before asking, "Are you done?"

Okie's fifteen. She lives in New York. She's got a few problems: she's failing geography, her dad's a wimp, and her mother, Sumatra, is a stone cold bitch. But things get a lot worse when Sumatra turns into a zombie and eats Okie's dad. Clio, Okie's grandmother, lives in Toronto; but since the zombie apocalypse, Toronto's a lot further away than it used to be. Clio suggests that Okie transport Sumatra across the border, because family is family. But coaching Okie by cellphone isn't easy, and Clio has some zombies of her own to contend with. Luckily she has some garden tools. Naomi Alderman and Margaret Atwood team up for this unusual two-hander. Encompassing love, death, sex, and the meaning of family, The Happy Zombie Sunrise Home will surprise, delight, and convince you of the vital importance of keeping ready supplies of rhubarb and mini-wieners in your freezer at all times. Vulnerability should never equate to weakness. Amy Wilson had always relied on her older brother to keep her from harm. Even when the dead began to rise, this had not changed. She was not a fighter. Amy couldn't handle a gun, couldn't function around blood and gore, and certainly couldn't live with herself after killing another being; whether they were dead or living. After her brother was killed at the hands of a man named Rick Grimes, she was finally forced to learn how to protect herself, how to fight, and to be brave. There was only one man capable of teaching this; a hunter, Daryl Dixon. Cold, quiet, private and strong, he had no time for weakness. That was, of course, until he met Amy. - First TWD Watty Award Winner - Featured in the Official The Walking Dead : Road to Survival "Top Walking Dead Fanfiction" reading list - Featured in the Official Wattpad Fanfic "The Walking Dead" reading list - #8 in Buzzfeed's Official "19 Wildest Fanfics People Couldn't Stop Reading In 2015"

TRUST NO ONE. KEEP MOVING. STAY ALIVE. When the outbreak came and the dead walked Jo and her family promised one another to survive no matter what. Months of running did nothing but take the people Jo loved. Now all that's left are Jo and her sister and it's up to her to keep them both safe. When her sister becomes ill they are picked up by a group who claim to want to help them. Their leader, Rick, was a police officer and refuses to leave them behind. The others are eager to welcome them into the fold but Jo finds herself holding back, hesitant to trust anyone. The longer she stays with the group the closer she finds herself coming to Daryl in particular. Jo wants desperately to keep her and her sister safe, and trust is not something easily earned or given in this new world. And Jo will be forced to learn the hard way it's not just the dead that should be feared. I don't own/have any rights to TWD or its characters, scenes etc. Just my new characters and scenarios. Please don't plagiarize - Jo is mine. I have changed a few things, but tried to stay true to the original characters. This story starts in season one and will follow the story line of the TV show all the way through with the addition of original scenes. Highest Ranked #92 in Fanfic #1 in TWD #1 in Daryl Dixon
