After a number of ... questionable, life choices he was sent to the Gotham Juvenile Detention Center, he took no qualms from anyone. It was only a matter of stretched hours before he took charge. His innocents was finally and eternally swept away. He used his eyes to manipulate guards and workers. He used his skills to keep other kids under him. And it worked. This one was less dangerous the infiltrating Bell Rev, but also less was known about what would happen once they were in. Someone called 'The King' was up to something. They needed to figure out who he was, and what he was doing. They went on their mission, but 'The King' was someone that none of them were expecting. Wally had met him once in Gotham. Artemis had heard of him, the escaped heir of the Court of Owls. M'gann heard about his family's death on TV. Conner heard from M'gann. Roy was in the area with Oliver when it happened, he saw the damage. But they never knew the boy they saw fall, would take on a new perspective of life. The Ruling Class.
