Alturas es un pueblo en la montaña en el cuál la diversión no existe. Falta una semana para las fiestas, los niños ya están dejando de ir a la escuela y empiezan a armar sus árboles de navidad, hasta que uno se encuentra un adorno inusual en la caja y decide llamar a su mamá de un grito. La policía se pone en acción. El pueblo dejó de ser aburrido ese día, donde todo el país se enfocó en aquél pueblo de la montaña, sumergido en la soledad. Lo que tanto llamaba la atención era que, desgraciadamente, la gente estaba desapareciendo... y siendo asesinada.
