He has to work to figure out a way to return Mobius to normal, while ships come true all around him as well as betrayal and a war between two halves of the school. Just as things seem unable to get any worse, Shadow discovers that someone is killing off students one by one. Who and what caused this, and how the hell is he supposed to fix it? There are a lot of implied ships in this but said ships are practically irrelevant to the story and they're all either one-sided or completely in the background.

A new problem is introduced as the cartoons' home is whisked away from them, forcing them to take shelter in the outside world. It doesn't help that the ink machine is missing, and two boys have bad intentions for it's usage. The cartoons really have no choice but to raise a group of people to take them down, in order to prevent them from taking control of the city, and possibly the rest of the world along with it. - Hi!
