Kellin is spoiled by his parents who are the richest in California. Kellin is well-known for his wealth. He uses his money for 'partying' ( Drugs, alcohol, etc.) and his parents start to take notice when he ends up on the state's drama channels, magazines, blogs, etc. They decide to get him a 'baby-sitter' known as Vic Fuentes who is poor and needs the money.
