Seniors have something called 'Freshman Friday.' They go around and mess with every freshman they can get their hands on. I'm not even one anymore and I still get beat twice as hard. I'm used to it, though. My nose has been broken countless times, and I have gotten so many black eyes and bruises I wear makeup to cover it. I'm just the kid no one likes. The kid everyone picks on. The one who hears 'faggot' more than his own name.

Or will real emotions surface from this faked love?

They always told him not to go outside after dark but, after sixteen years of listening to his parents, Patrick Stump was bored of being inside his house. He had no clue what to expect from the quiet, still streets of the town, but he was almost certain it had to be something worth hiding. Nothing much seemed out of the ordinary, but then again, nothing ever was out of the ordinary. Patrick wasn't sure what to expect, but he knew it would be more than he could have ever imagined.
