All my life the outcome has been the same so why should I start to look at you? I know once I start to fall you'll lose interest in me anyway. Is this a game? Is this what love supposed to be now. If so I don't want any part of it. I don't want to fall, I don't want to get hurt. I'll Deny all the yearning I feel for you if that's what I must do to remain safe. No one can love you like you can Imani, so why do I feel like I'm missing something. Something I truly desire.
