Naruto was neglected for his siblings. it was really sad, seeing as that nobody even knew that the fourth hokage and his wife had triplets not twins. Being the youngest of the triplets, Naruto is in no way, considered special. He is not a village hero like his elder brother who is the jailor of the kyubi.
