***The wrong girl is sometimes The Right One.*** Charlotte Samuels thought she'd be stuck waiting tables at Marlow's until all her debts are paid off-in about ten thousand years or so. She definitely didn't expect a marriage proposal from the arrogant Brandon Maxfield who was blackmailed by his father to make her his wife if he didn't want his least favorite cousin to run Maxfield Industries. Charlotte's instinct was to say HELL NO! but she's stumped by a few obstacles: 1.) His old man Martin Maxfield is dear to her heart and has been recently deteriorating in health. 2.) She gets a million dollars if she stays married to Brandon for a year. 3.) She would rather like the opportunity to teach the attractive but awfully rude man a few lessons he didn't think he needed from a 'teenage gold-digger' which was his term of endearment for her on their first date-er, business meeting. So what's a girl got to do, right? Sure, she's young and a little rough around the edges but there's something her would-be husband didn't know about her yet-she's nothing like he ever expected. Thrust into the glitzy world a standard-issue Mrs. Maxfield would fit perfectly and rule with impeccable social grace, Charlotte will either have to force herself into the mold or break free of it, risking what little she has left for everything that she can gain. *** Copyright © 2014 by Nina Tippett. When it comes to seventeen-year-olds Aurora “Rory” West and Kale Mathews, there is no such thing as the concept of ‘common ground.’ Their interactions (the few that they have) are always filled with overly-sarcastic remarks and countless number of trips to the principal’s office. One day, when a particular interaction goes a bit too far, their principal decides to punish them with The Baby Project- a month long project, worth more than half their grade, that requires them to parent a fake baby. In the beginning, the partnership is discarded as a joke by both students. However, when threatened with the possibility of expulsion, Rory and Kale reluctantly agree to make peace for the sake of their education. Over time, something changes, making them question their thoughts and feelings. They say there's a thin line between love and hate, but will a baby be the last push? (Editing but still updating)

[COMPLETED] Nobody really knows why Tessa Kade is such a, to be blunt, bitch. She's stunning physically, drop dead gorgeous and by far one very lucky singer who got her big break at the tiny age of twelve. Unlike what most people expect from a nearly twenty year old woman is for her to be acting like a snotty, stuck up, and very narcissistic childish girl. But what really gets everyone confused is when a fruity now-supposed-bad-boy singer from a boy band is suddenly defending her. A case of a crush? Not even close. Achievements: #59 in fan fiction #69 in humor

Would you oppose this change and fight for the path you left behind or could you find the courage to trust in fate and somehow find an inner strength buried just beneath the surface? Sometimes the key to our very survival is to let go and willingly be bound by fate.

And so it begins. The classic coming of age story about a twentysomething girl, finding her way in the city. After graduating (with an Arts degree- questionable choice, but we'll learn about that later) she finds a one bedroom apartment and she buys a cat. Life is sweet. She's a living, breathing, cat-hugging cliche of a single girl. To many people that's how it looks from the outside, that's about as interesting as it gets, and maybe, that's even where the story ends. But that girl is me, and unless I am a total wet blanket, I think we both know thats hardly all there is to tell. The more you get to know people, the more you learn that almost no-one is living their life like it appears from the outside. I'm going to tell you what its really like to be a twentysomething, to live alone, dabble in online dating, attempt to navigate my first functional relationship, work for the boss from hell, and try to find my feet in "this economy". Come on, you know what I mean. But before we can even get to that part of the story, you have to understand how the story begins. So here goes nothing...
