On principle, Castiel never works with new and “up and coming” talent. But just this once, he decides to make an exception with Dean Winchester, who he ends up bending all his rules for.

Castiel is an expert at many things, but falling in love...isn't one of them. And when new threats enter his already tangled-up world, all he can do to try to save the people he loves is make one of the hardest decisions of his life.

Castiel grew up in Heaven, watching the Earth from above with his (rather overprotective) big brother, Gabriel. His dream was to go there himself one day. And his wish very soon comes true, when his father allows him to go. He meets a young human boy named Dean. He grows quite fond of this boy, and they become fast friends. One day, he sneaks out of Heaven using the one thing that can take him from Heaven to Earth and back again. Tragically, he loses it on Earth, and is stuck there with Dean. So he grows up on Earth with his best friend, while his family tries to find him. But he soon learns that Dean is more than his best friend, and he also learns that Dean feels the same way toward this angel who lost his wings.

Sam and Dean Winchester are too innocent lads who get mixed in with the wrong people and get framed for a bank robbery for not doing what "needed to be done." Castiel and Gabriel Novak have a bad name, the didn't mix in with the bad lot, they were the bad lot. They are the worst men in prison- everyone is scared of them but wants everyone wants to fuck them. That was how things went around here, fuck or be fucked. Meaning either have fuck someone or have them fuck you. It wasn't always like this in Gallifrey prison, it used to just be a normal prison until the Novaks arrived. Then the Winchesters arrived. inmates and officers alike very much found the two brothers extremely attractive- however they don't know who they are dealing with. They are dealing with the Winchester brothers, and no one messes with the Winchester brothers. Except maybe the Collins brothers.

Castiel James Novak is a good man. Not because he was a priest and told people about the word of God and also because he lived by the Bible. He was a good man because he just was. He had read in a book somewhere about certain sigils and markings and a few words would summon God or the Holy Ghost to him and Castiel had run out of ideas. So one night, that was exactly what he did. Castiel James Novak didn't know that the markings he had put down and the incantations he had spoken did not in fact summon the Holy Ghost, except they brought down upon him his worst nightmare.
