Ciel and Alois have always hated one another. But, on Ciel's 14th birthday, Alois is invited to his birthday ball. That night of the ball, Ciel and Alois bump into each other then do things they never expected they would do. After the ball they try to forget everything since they hates one another. But neither can forget. They decide to become friends, and I mean really really close friends. But the only true question that's in their mind the whole time is, is this Love or Hatred?

This is really old and bad, IDK why y'all like it so much Rated M for graphic violence and strong language Also, this story is currently under construction so the chapters may well vary in quality. Okay, this is set in an alternate universe where Alois *SPOILER ALERT!!! SPOILER ALERT!!!* Okay, good now? Doesn't die. This story follows a more depressed version of Alois, who, when finding himself with nothing but his manor, his servants long gone, is left feeling bored, sad, betrayed and angry, but mostly lonely. And I know this is still a bit of a logical leap, but Ciel is still *SPOILER ALERT* a demon and Claude and Hannah are still alive. This is a yaoi (boy x boy) fan fiction, so you no likey then you no readey. There is swearing and a lot of gore in some scenes. I own all art unless I say otherwise but I own none of the characters or the anime they're from. P.S. I'm British and this is set in Britain so this will be using British spellings and terms!

You know how in every cliché chick flick there's always that scene where the girl looks across the crowded room and her eyes magically connect with a devastatingly handsome male's - with multiple people in between the two, mind you - and it's as if time stands still? Like it's just them in the world as everything around the pair blurs and they only see each other? Yes, well, Ciel never thought things like that happened in real life, and if they did then they sure as heck wouldn't happen to him. That it's all just made up and love - lust? - at first sight does not exist. Lucky for him though, he couldn't be more wrong.
