Every year, for her birthday and Christmas, Lacey would recieve a gift from her grandma, a porcelain doll. Shortly before Lacey's sixteenth birthday, Cathrine, her grandma, passes away, having already sent Lacey one last birthday gift, only this time with a little something extra, a dollhouse. However, this dollhouse is very old and comes with an unknown warning. Poor Lacey may have to suffer the consequences of storing her valuable dolls into this dollhouse.
