After the fourth Shinobi war the remaining Kage got together an ultimately decided that Naruto was too powerful as he had absorbed the full Juubi, moon sealed piece and all.(nine bijuu is one third, Gedō Mazō statue is one third and the rest was sealed in the moon.) with this power Naruto had gained many titles like the Nidaime Rikkūdo Sennin,and Kami no Wanderāzu however since Naruto was too powerful they had to kick him out of the hidden leaf as to not skew the power of every nation leaving him alone, immortal, and bored.
