The Shadowhunters of London get sent into the future. There they meet Magnus, but a more sparkled version, and the modernized Tessa...she happens to be, well different from the Tessa they knew. They also meet The Shadowhunters from New York. As they struggle to get back to their time they discover many things.

Set in a different dimension where Tessa and Jem decided to live at the New York Institute after they got married. Everything seems normal at first - with the possible exception of Jace feeling uncomfortable living with his great - great - great grandmother, when Tessa and Izzy went to go shopping, seeing a random nutcase on the street who seem to be wanting attention by dressing like a Victorian Gentleman and acting as if he came from a different dimension. Unfortunately for Tessa, this man is no random man for her.

My names Clarissa Adele Morgenstern, but my friends all normally call me Clary. Just recently my mother and father filed for a divorce. Which meant me and my big brother, Jonathan, both got the choice to choose who we wanted to live with. Our mother was staying in Chicago, which is where both of us were raised, well our father will be moving to New York, where he got a new and better job offer.
