Somehow without my noticing it Jacob has creeped up behind me and was listening to our conversation. "I've never heard of so many phones from different companies and working off of different towers stop working at once, I have a feeling this is more than just a down power line. When devices that have batteries, that do not need to be plugged into anything stop working, it's something totally different, it's something I've never heard of before." he finishes looking us all in the eyes. Then I see Gabriel in all his blond-haired green-eyed glory step into our circle. "That's some pretty dark sh*t man" he says. Ericka nods in agreement always the positive one in our group. Jacob just looks at them both with sad and disbelieving eyes "I'm just saying prepare for the worst and hope for the best, especially once you walk out of this building" he starts to walk down the hallway "Get ready, It's all about to change" he tosses over his shoulder and then proceeds to disappear from view behind the corner of the wall. "That is one messed up guy" Gabriel says also looking at the corner that Jacob disappeared around, and while I have to agree with Gabriel, I can't shake the feeling that Jacob may be right, this seems bigger than just a power outage.
