Hiccup is abused in this village that everyone calls Berk. He's solution is to run away from the village on a befriended Night Fury. What happens next only you will know. It's the story of a young Viking. Actually, he isn't that young anymore. He's 23 years old now. His name is Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III. 8 years ago, he had to run away from his beloved home Berk because he became best friends with a creature that no Viking should ever become friends with: a dragon. Taken from his home as a wee babe, Hiccup grew up with dragons and was raised by one of the most feared in the archipelago. He is known across the land as the Night Rider and is wanted for the betrayal of his own kind. All Hiccup wants the battle to end on both sides, showing the world that man and beast live together peacefully. Will anyone listen or will the battle of man and dragons continue? Same as any other. A fifteen year old Hiccup runs away, well, rather he flies, from Berk. Because He couldn't kill the Monstrous Nightmare in front of the Village, and he saw no other option. But he will return to Berk unexpectedly.

As a baby hiccup was taken away from Berk for 20 years. No one apart from Stoick and Valka know he's missing or possibly dead or so they think. But when Astrid goes for a walk into the woods after a frustrating day maybe just maybe there is a glimmer of hope. But Berk has been receiving mutable attacks from the outcast, who are trying to find Stoick's weakness and take over Berk. When Alvin the leader of the outcast discovers Astrid's little secret maybe they have found something worth everything to Stoick and that may get them their victory. I do not own any of these characters or settings, everything belongs to dreamworks animation.

After a disastrous raid, Hiccup has been replaced as Heir to Berk and almost disowned by his father. Bullied, ostracised and alone, can he find a way to repair the damage and make his father proud of him? Set during and after the first movie.

Hiccup has been a disappointment since the day he was born, he is usually referred to 'Hiccup The Useless' or 'The Runt of the Litter'. However that all changes when he befriended a Night Fury - the most feared dragon in the archipelago - he named Toothless. They became best of friends and were inseparable. One day, Hiccup has had enough, it was his final exam in dragon killing tomorrow and he has to kill a Monstrous Nightmare the next day in front of the entire village, but he couldn't so he decides to leave Berk. Forever. And never return. Everyone in Berk thinks he was killed by a Night Fury by the evidence Astrid brought back to the chief - Hiccups father.
