Leaving the boys without a single trace as to where she may be. That is until, the boys show up on a mission In Chicago, Illinois four years later and haooen to stumble across their lost bird and a mini North. Will she be able to let go of the past for the sake of her son? or Will she do the one thing that has kept the last of her broken heart safe since she left that nighg...become a ghost again. Sang only knows life inside the white walls. She only knows two names, her true name, 005, and the name she is given by the men that run the experiments on her. Songbird. Because of how much she sings, she is known by Sang. After something happens, one of their experiments gone bad at age five, she develops powers. Powers she can't control, powers she doesn't want. Powers to move things, to set things on fire, to see things that shouldn't be there. But she finally escapes after setting the entire facility on fire. She lives on the streets for two years, before one afternoon, she begins running from one of the creatures she sees. She runs into the team on a mission to follow someone, when the creature attacks. Left with a choice, she chooses to sacrifice her safety and save one of the members of the team. And you know once you enter a certain teams life, they just won't let you go. - Took a bit of inspiration from Stranger Things, so I don't own anything from Stranger Things not the Academy.

A rewrite for the previous AML Sang has always been able to see spirits. They have haunted her for most of her life and she did her best ignore them, with one spirit being the exception. Liza has vowed to guide and protect Sang no matter what and has become her constant companion. After moving to a new town Sang will meet new friends, harsh punishments and escape the notice of a dark and dangerous spirit as well as learn a secert that just may ruin the relationship between her and her guardian forever.

What happens when Sang Sorenson doesn't go with Kota Lee to his home that fateful day out in the rain? Will she be friends with the boy's still? Will she fall in love? What happens when Mr. McCoy becomes the enemy of the boys first because of his deep romantic interest in Sang? What will happen next?

A whole year; they'd been beyond my reach for an entire year and the days just seemed to be getting longer and harder to handle. I visited them every day and watched over them as they rested but how much longer can I continue to endure this? For so many months they were all that I'd had and now I felt like my whole universe had imploded. My true family; the one I'd chosen, my boys. They weren't down the street anymore. I couldn't send them a message and ask them to come and visit. Slowly, as the days turned to weeks and then months, my pain had numbed along with every other emotion and I could function on some level but I hadn't smiled since the day that Dr Roberts had knocked on Nathan's door and informed me that somehow Volto had won.
