She asks too many questions and can never sit still for too long. She prefers to train with her father's army instead of carrying out the normal duties that the daughter of a chief would carry out. Now, with the threat of war, she cannot sit by and wait for the enemy's army to come to her home. So she sets out on a quest to help her father, her people and the man she has come to see as more than a friend. While on her journey she meets many unusual people and creatures. She gets a helping hand from old friends and loved ones and goes on a trip which has her doing incredible things which she had never in her wildest imagination dreamt she would ever do. In this sequel to "Once Upon an African Moon", Sebaga's sister shows that she is much more than just Sebaga's little sister. She shows that she is truly a force to be reckoned with. (Please note that this book has been published so only the first 4 chapters are up. The rest is available on Amazon Kindle.) Sebaga is the Chief's daughter. She lives in a small village in Botswana, Southern Africa and has no intention of marrying anyone. Unfortunately, she has no real choice in the matter. It is tradition that she be wed at her age; the ripe old age of eighteen! The Chief has decreed that any man who can tell a story from sun-up to sun-down shall be the one to marry his daughter. Sebaga is not happy with this decision but there is little she can do to change her father's mind. As each day passes and story after story is told, Sebaga worries that her options are running out. If she cannot defy her father by not marrying a man of his choosing, then perhaps she can delay the whole process for a bit longer. However, there is only so much that she can do. Through her family members, as well as other strange and wonderful characters in her life, Sebaga learns life lessons and meets unforgettable characters as we get to experience moments in her life, her parents' lives, her sister's life and perhaps the life of the man who shall tell the longest tale. A long enough tale to become the man that Sebaga marries. _________________________________________________________________________________

He reached for my hand, and I stood before he could touch me. I pulled my backpack on my shoulder and made to leave, but he grasped me and pulled me back. "Stop running from me." His hands were on my face, his thumbs running over my cheeks. I looked up into his grey eyes, those grey eyes that I loved so much. His breathing was steady as he tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. He was so close that I could smell his deodorant. His hands trailed down my neck, over my shoulders and found their way to my own. Our fingers intertwined as he pulled me closer to him. We were barely an inch apart, and my heart was thudding wildly in my chest I feared that he would hear it. "Stop running, Hayley." His hands made their way back to my face, and they were soon buried in my hair. I shut my eyes and reveled in the feeling, leaning ever so slightly into his arms. "I can't," I whispered. I couldn't. - - - - - Hayley Hunter, a young and powerful Hybrid, has finally learned about her true nature.
