The four main characters are : 1) Natsuki/Satsuki 2) Otoya Ittoki 3) Kurusu Syo 4) Ichinose Tokiya Basically, I'm writing a foursome with these four characters. -Summary- Syo and Ittoki are childhood friends and have gone to the same school from elementary to high school together. Moreover, Ittoki has feelings for Syo and intend to confess to him soon. However, with the appearance of the new subject teacher, Mr. Natsuki and the cool infirmary doctor, Mr. Tokiya. Can Ittoki successfully confess his love to Syo?
