It's hard to explain without sounding decently crazy, but I ended up with this power.I guess it's more of an immunity than anything. A while ago, there was this nutso storm that shocked the hell out of Central City. Literally. Where was I, you might ask? Stuck in a freezer at work thanks to my "caring" coworkers. Lightning struck, then suddenly I was being treated for Frost bite. I couldn't feel a thing and not much has changed.
