You've been an ensign on the Enterprise for a year now. Promotions are coming up, and it's a messy world of away missions, recommendations, and people from your family's past. At least you have a certain android by your side, but when your frequent presence activates a dormant circuit in his positronic brain, drama will ensue. Lots of it. Only the story belongs to me! It'll slightly veer from canon, but hey, that's what fanfic is for. Made this because its impossible to watch TNG and not have a crush on Data ;) TNG is the best show ever okay

Data resurrects his daughter & also find himself the subject of an ensign's advances. Not only does he get to explore humanity, Lal also furthers her development. (I know cascade failure was fatal, but Data is a pretty smart guy so I thought he'd be able to fix it) Please comment and vote (if you think it is applicable ;) ) - much appreciated.
