His dad is back and demanding custody. He'll be away from his manipulative mother. But... Will that really change anything? Jacob isn't missing a big house to call home, or a parent to be his guardian. What he's missing, what he needs, is someone to hold him close. His dad tries to show affection, but Jacob has lived so long without it he doesn't know how to accept it. Then he meets Ryan, the rich kid who, for some reason, sees Jacob in an entirely different light than anyone ever has. But does Jacob see him in a different light? He isn't so sure.
