Jillian/Jill Wright, AKA Sapphire in the Starling City, has been missing her family for the last six years, before she had washed up on the shore of Lian Yu. She had lost her parents and brother in a shootout in Mexico during a family vacation. She and her sister Amy had boarded a boat to clear their heads, only for the ship to wreck and for Amy to be lost to the ocean while Jill had been brought to the island, where she had met Oliver, Slade and Shado, and Sara, later down the road. Now, with friends from the past and friends of the future coming back into their lives for very different reasons, how will Team Sapphire Arrow go on?

Jill Wright has always been the voice of reason when it comes to Team Arrow. She liked to guide. She may be a badass vigilante, but she's also got a heart of gold. And she refuses to take anyone's life. But what if that choice is taken away from her? Amy Wright, Jill's sister, just came back from the dead. Or more accurately, back from the League of Assassins, with a family secret. Their entire family were actually Al Ghuls that had been killed by the enemy, which led to their crucible. And now, Ra's and Nyssa are more involved in their lives than they ever thought possible, their uncle for the bad, and their cousin leaning more toward their side. Raven Evangeline is also a member of the League, and she's Nyssa's right hand girl. Whenever Nyssa or Team Sapphire Arrow needs something, Raven is the one that comes. She may be done with the League of Assassins when things start to fall apart. Aurora Swan is a Central City superhero named Glacia that likes to help the heroes of Starling City. And when Aurora comes, so does Team Flash. There's been so much more darkness than lightness in each of these four women's lives that they can hardly tell the difference anymore. When more darkness comes, will it change them forever?

And they both have scars and secrets buried so deep that they can't seem to move on without finding a cause. They both take into consideration of protecting Star City. Oliver becomes "The Hood", otherwise known as Arrow. Jill becomes Sapphire. Even though there is a tension that is clearly seen between them with such intensity, Jill won't let anything happen until Oliver stops being the killer that he is and becoming the hero that she knows that is inside.
