Robin wakes up one morning feeling anything but aster. But of course, being the independent and self relaying guy he is, try's to hide it. Dick has been free from Deathstroke, the JLA and the young justices grasps for almost 3 months now and has never been happier. He has settled with Jason, Roy and now Kayla in a summer house, and as they learn to confide and trust eachother, they become closer. Will Dick be able to move on from his past and finally be able to make amends with his friends or will he be too scared to? Will Deathstroke get his hands on Dick, or will Deathstrokes plans that are set in motion, be turned against him? How will this play out for Dick and the rest of them? When Robin is told that the team will be living in the Wayne Manor for two weeks to protect Bruce Wayne, he does not agree. When finds himself torn and depressed, he is looking for answers as he tried to recreate his friendship with the team. As Dick Grayson. "You're kidding me!" I yelled at Bruce. "They are going to do what?" "The Wayne's are in danger Dick!" Bruce exclaimed. "You're in danger! Batman and Robin can't save us this time!" The worst part was, he was right. Bruce Wayne had a large bounty on his head after the media discovered that he was supplying the Justice League with Wayne tech and money. He was wanted by the criminal underworld. They thought that if they took down Wayne, many problems would begin in the League. There has already been three attacks at the Wayne mansion. Two on Bruce, and one on me. So Batman was bringing in the Team to protect the Wayne family. and of course, I didn't like it. "Then where is Robin?" I said forcefully yet calmly. "Why isn't he helping?" "We will tell the team that you are leaving for a small mission in another country. Batman and Robin stuff, nothing big!" I slid down in my chair. "I still don't like it..."

Dick Grayson, Ward of batman, is what the young justice describe: strong and cunning. He may crack jokes and have a bad child hood, but he has always been strong. When a mission goes wrong, the team gets beat and Robin gets kidnapped by Deathstroke. When the team awakens by the justice league, no one knows what happens or who took their little bird. They searched for him for three years before they gave up on their search, accepting his death. In those three years, Death stroke had broken Robin. When Robin failed a mission... well let's just say he has a temper when it comes to failure. Robin finally escapes the torture of the experiments and uses his new found power to guide his way through to the mountain. Because of the constant serum input, he is blind. Finally reunited with his old team, the team finds how secretive and broken Robin looks now and what will happen if his old master wants him back? How far will Deathstroke go to get him back? Also can the team bring Dick back from his lowest point in life? Will they be able to fix him after the mental and emotional abuse from Deathstroke, or will he be broken and lost forever?

It had been four years since Robin had lost his parents but it still hurts. He had started a tradition especially for this day. A tradition that if the team were ever to discover he would surly never live it down. (I do not own the cover)

What if Richard Grayson never got adopted by Bruce and instead was taken in by Slade Wilson(Deathstroke) but Dick had no idea his guardian was a villain, but in Dicks mind, he looked at everyone as a villain. Slade was very abusive to Dick, making him an obedient "dog." What happens when Batman and the young justice take down Slade for illegal smuggling and he gets away, but they find a bruised and muzzled child in a cage in the process? Will they save him? Will Dick ever find love or will he stay the broken child he is? How will the team act having this child a part of their team? How will Batman act? Will they help the broken child or try to avoid him? Dick just needs to be free of the torment his past gave him, and the only way to do that, is by healing. But how can he heal if Deathstroke is always on his mind, torturing his soul?
