I wrote the first bunch of chapters at 3am during a burst of creativity and anger??? And then I started trying to promote a good message??????? Now I'm numb inside???? Hey I thought it was a good idea to mix australian high school, american founding fathers, angst and comedy. Good luck.

"it's fine, i wasn't a virgin anyway." *** number one: alexander hamilton is supposed to be in the caribbean. but he wrote his way out. into new york, into a scholarship, and into college. number two: john laurens is supposed to be in south carolina. but he ran away. to new york, to a job bartending, and to college. number three: neither of them remember walking into the bar that day. they don't remember having any sort of proper introduction. and they especially don't remember walking into laurens's dorm room.... but they can both remember what occured next. they both defied what fate had set out for them, they both took the chances, they both challenged the odds to get the life they wanted. now, all they want is each other... but obtaining that will be harder than anything they've ever had to go through. *** hamilton college au, cause the world totally needs another one of those. but i thought i'd put my own spin on it anyway.

On hiatus until I can get my life together. Just another college au about everyone's favorite Hamilton ship. This will include all of the "main" characters in Hamilton as well as "side" characters such as Samuel Seabury and Theodosia. Expect lots of fluff. John Laurens and Alexander Hamilton become roommates while attending university. Everything is going well for the two until Thomas Jefferson sticks his cane in their business. -- John did his best to shake the rain off before he got to his dorm. Just before he reached his room the power turned off. Great. He found that the door was unlocked meaning Alexander was inside. As he stepped inside he didn't see any sign of his roommate. Another clap of thunder sounded in the sky and Laurens heard a shuffle come from under his desk. --

Sometimes the universe doesn't think things through well, sometimes decides to mess with someone's life and not in a good way. Sadly, for John Laurens, that was almost all of the days, but what can you do when you cant control the universe?
