There's only a week left at Camp Campbell. The tension in the camp is unbearable as the children wait. Some are glad, some are sad. But Max? well....... The conversations between the characters are the most important part of the book. Sera has enough problems with being a teenager--between cute guys, backstabbing gossip, and friends' betrayals. She thinks those are her only problems, until weird things begin happening when she loses her temper and her foster parents become suddenly evasive about her past.
