Dean Winchester is nineteen years old and only a year out of high school when he gets sent to the hospital after a argument with his father. While he is spending his time in the hospital of utter boredom, he meets Castiel, a young man the same age as him as a patient of cancer. Forming a quick bond, he begins visiting the boy even when he gets out, but is something more going on?
