Although Mikado was intimidated by him, he asked for his help...probably not the smartest thing Mikado has ever done. Shizuo and Izaya were known as mortal enemies and feared by many. Surprisingly, Mikado got help from Shizuo AND his brother Kasuka(?!). And somehow, a triangle between the strongest man in Ikebukuro, an infamous informant, and a high school student who is always in the wrong place at the wrong time begins to form.
