[My NaNoWriMo piece] Noah Parker was the daughter of two ridiculously famous ice skaters. Now she's living in a group home with her older brother. The tragedy has created a wedge between herself and her brother, and most of the time she feels totally alone. Except when she's skating. It's then that she feels her parents most. The only problem is the triple axel. She used to be able to land it beautifully. It used to be perfect. But now she's overthinking it, stressing over it. Until a boy comes along that might be able to glue back the pieces of her life, and cheer her on as she tries to land that triple axel time and time again.
