During the day, the people itself is an amazing sight to watch and during the night, it seems like the world has changed and a new aura of brilliance arise. A new girl has moved to Ikebukuro with her sister and blends in very well with the city. By morning she is a casual baker but by night, a killer. She has a twisted back story along with a twisted purpose. Nobody understands her completely because of how secretive she is and this has intrigued none other than Izaya Orihara himself. He is constantly wheeled to a dead end trying to find out about this girl. But he won't stop. He is determined to find out everything there is about this new girl in town.

"Please adopt me." That was what (Y/N) (L/N) said to her relative, Shinra Kishitani, along with the Black Rider, Celty Sturluson. Running off from home, she finds herself in Ikebukuro.
