When Ashley found out that she was pregnant with twins, she couldn't wait to share the good news with her husband. But when he got home later that night, he told her that he wanted a divorce without really giving her a reason why. Heartbroken, Ashley does the only thing that she could do. She signed the divorce papers. Now she's forced to go through her pregnancy alone with no one to help her but her friend, Mayla. During her pregnancy, complications occurred that gives Ashley a new outlook on life. This is set when Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon were protecting Duchess Satine Kryze from bounty hunters. By this point Obi-Wan and Satine are close as Qui-Gon has already noticed. It's about 3 months away from when it's safe to return Satine to Mandalore. This is set at a oddly rare quiet time they got while they were on the run and the two get to discuss their feelings for each other. This is a prequel to a fanfic I wan to write about these 2 having a daughter. That fanfic will be called The Child. This is how Satine got pregnant with their child so it's kind of a spoiler but not really because it would be obvious Obi-Wan is the father. Anyway that fanfic will be coming soon this is just a little teaser

The Clone Wars are going nowhere as the Seperatists start one fight after another, and Obi-Wan and Anakin are busy going to so many different battles.... Is this still what Jedi are meant to be? Are they not upholders of peace? Obi-Wan starts to question himself about that too... And now when Satine comes to ask Obi-Wan for his aid once again, will he be able to hold himself from emotions, and still live solely by the Jedi Code? Or is the Code even right? As the story goes on, he finds himself stuck: he would either be Turned, or dead, if he was to stay in love with Satine. (Basically a variation of the Siege of Mandalore.) Storylines are mine but all other pre-existing storylines and characters are the property of Star Wars Disney.

Obi-wan y Satine, son de lugares muy distintos, pero al mismo tiempo, comparten un amor, que hasta ahora no ha podido ser correspondido, por atenerse a sus responsabilidades. Él, es un miembro de la orden jedi y ella, es una Duquesa pacifista, de un planeta neutral; ambos se conocieron hace muchos años atrás y desde ese entonces, han sentido un afecto muy profundo el uno por el otro; pero debido a que él es jedi, ninguno puede llegar a formar un lazo más fuerte de lo que ya tienen. Esta historia habla sobre cómo Obi-wan y Satine logran forjar su amor en secreto, con ayuda de sus amigos y familiares cercanos, incluye algunos diálogos de las temporadas de la Guerra de los Clones, donde aparecen Satine y Obi-wan; sólo que en este caso Satine no muere.
