☭ POST WORLD WAR II, the world was a confusing place. Between the United States and Russia, the threat of nuclear war plagued the minds of everyone. The former allies fought with shady, backhanded trade agreements, showing off which nation had the bigger guns come time for another war. But the Russians had something greater working behind the scenes. Anastasia Romanov was trained for this: infiltrate and assume cover in American operations, more specifically, the Central Intelligence Agency. She worked her way through internship, to the typing pool, to sitting in a laboratory with Hank McCoy and taking notes of his findings. Kidnapped at a young age by hydra, Katerina got her memories wiped and was trained to kill without hesitation. In the process met The Winter Soldier aka James Buchanan Barnes. Back then she would've never thought she would be working with her old friend Natasha Romonoff, and her band of "superheroes" to defeat Thanos from killing half the population. The first time they tried they lost, Katerina got blipped out of existence, same thing that happened to many others. Then she came back, fought him again, this time they won but they still lost the great deal In the end. Now weeks after the events of "endgame" she's living in a one bedroom apartment, constantly ignoring calls and texts from both Sam and Bucky and in desperate need of therapy. Clara Lewis: S.H.I.E.L.D agent, New Yorker, accidental time traveller- wait what?! Clara thought being a S.H.I.E.L.D agent made her life as crazy as it would get. Ever since her accident in the field, she'd become a desk agent but working as Phil Coulson's 'personal assistant' meant life was never dull. Especially when none other than Captain America resurfaces and Clara has to deal with Phil's incessant fangirling. But something's up. Why does Captain America know her name when they've never met before? Clara knew Steve's arrival would change everything but things start to change for the worst. Her boss is shot by a rogue asgardian prince and Clara is suddenly dragged back into the field again. So Clara did what she had been trained to do: go and hide in a S.H.I.E.L.D safehouse until the threat was gone. It just so happens that the nearest safehouse contains more secrets than Clara was willing to uncover.
