[This is a Merlin Fan fiction] If there are any trigger warnings they'll be listed on the top of the chapter, Merlin, the knights, and Arthur are on a hunting trip. They begin to talk about girl's and Merlin isn't ready to share what happened with Freya so he "falls asleep" then sneaks off on a short visit to see Freya at Avalon. That is when everything went wrong. Destiny unfolds, enchantments are set, betrayals occur and blood is shed. In the end the only way to fix all these things is to rid of Morgana but that has proven time and time again to be a difficult task. The only dead main character is Uther and Morgause. Yes Morgana, Lancelot, Are very alive.

A dangerous smile lingered on her lips, watery green eyes gleaming with malice as she tilted her head to survey her prisoner with mock sympathy. ~ Heads up, this fic is as straight as a ruler, so don't be expecting gay smut. Merlin's nightmares begin to spiral out of control, plaguing his sleep and taking over his mind. When Gaius' medicine proves unhelpful, Mordred steps in. Mordred and Merlin have a decent relationship, Merlin still doesn't trust Mordred fully, but he starts to. Merlin chooses to ignore what the seer told him, figuring that Mordred hasn't done anything yet, and if they become closer maybe he won't. _________ "Morgana," Merlin's voice broke, "I never wanted that to happen." Pain erupted from his shoulders going down to about his hips he winced, he tried with everything in him to get up, he really did. It didn't work the last thing he saw was Morgana's black dress as she walked forwards.

This story takes place in a different future, where the triple goddess saved Aurther from death and the Once and Future King lives on. Arther doesn't remember Merlin telling him of his magic, he was too delirious to remember. So Merlin is right back where he started. The Knights, Percival, Gawain, Leon, Elyan, and the King all strike up a game of truth or dare during training. The target of the stupid dares seems to be Merlin. What happens when the Knights learn some interesting things about Merlin and his scars? A stupid game of truth or dare reveals some pretty drastic secrets. I DONT OWN MERLIN ONLY THIS FANFICTION!

Morgana attacks the castle and Merlin must protect everyone....but at great cost. Will Merlin be willing to pay the ultimate sacrifice for the people and country he loves?
