Naruto is a boy who has been abused by his village. To reduce the number of beatings he is forced to endure, he pretends to be a happy go lucky dead last idiot. Secretly though, he trains with Kurama to become strong. After he graduates he lets go of his mask, tired of having to pretend to be happy. Kakashi, Naruto's teacher, can't understand why this child is so different from the file. As time passes, Kakashi finds himself growing closer to the boy who's eyes look older than they should.

Naruto fought to bring sasuke back, a badly injured Naruto drags sasuke's unconscious body back to Konoha. He wasn't expecting a warm welcome but he wasn't expecting things to go bad either. It wasn't going any better in fact it took a turn for the worst. Would people realise their mistakes before something happens to their little blob of sunshine that has always faked his way but suddenly cracked a little? Would everyone be quick enough to realise something was wrong before anything bad happens to him or would they choose to ignore his pleas for help?

Sasuke broke the heart of a fragile little boy when they were younger. When Sasuke realised his mistake, he had already lost the sunshine, the sunshine had disappeared without a trace. A few years later, a familiar blond appeared at his school. Will Sasuke be able to win back the heart of our blond or will his brother, Itachi who had his eyes on him for a long time, win the blond's first? Minato survived the sealing of the Kyuubi as did Kushina. But after the sealing Minato, Kushina, Jiraiya, and Tsunade take the two younger siblings, Naruko and Menma, away to train with the Kyuubi's chakra while they leave Naruto in the village, and only bad things can come from that. After a few years, Orochimaru starts training Naruto only to find him a prodigy like no other with more potential than Itachi Uchiha and Minato Namikaze.
