After being called off from a case, Sherlock is faced with a new mystery. A girl, found half dead in 221c, appears out of the blue. She has no history, no past life, no family. She's been living down there for a long time, totally unknown by Sherlock and his brother, Mycroft. How can Sherlock or Mycroft not know who she is, Mycroft's the government, how can he have no information on her. One thing's certain. It all started with a trip. Sherlock had been acting weird, and everyone thought he was just stressed, so he and John go on a trip to Fiji. Yet, what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation from the stresses of detective work only opened the door for much more stress and confusion when John begins to have strange feelings around his colleague, Sherlock Holmes. And Sherlock is still acting strange.

John moved to good old suburbia to try to escape everything he had lost, everything he wanted to forget. But with no job, no friends, and a son to raise by himself, John starts to feel the pressure of life bearing down on him.
