They thought they were ready to go against the Galra, that was until Pidge and Lance were met face to face with the Ion canon, and were blasted into a nearby planet's atmosphere. Lance was badly injured and Pidge gets really sick with no way to get back. And with the Galra on their tail, as well as aliens from the planet, survival isn't going to be an easy thing. I heccin succ at descriptions so it's a lot more interesting than it seems I promise
