*Completed* "I just want to know why." I say as I turn over, trying to find his figure through the dark of my room. "Why what?" He asks. "Why you're being so nice to me." I say quietly, vulnerability seeping into my words. "How we even became friends." He sighs, "I want to know how." I scrunch my brow. "How what?" His response is soft, the opposite of his sarcastic personality. "How you don't see it." ******* Reagan Holt was about as average as a high school student could be. She didn't play any sports, didn't participate in the popular activities, and wasn't the girl all the boys chased after. All except one boy. He wrote her a letter every week. Each letter described something new for him to love about her. Whether it was how beautiful her laugh was or how his heart swelled with every smile she gave, he never failed to write how he felt. So the two should be together, right? That's the way Reagan wants it, but there's just one problem. He signs his letters "Love, Anonymous." Now add an obnoxious, conceited, sex god into the equation and you get a teenage girl confused on who really loves her. The sweet, tender written anonymous lover, or the cocky, ignorant asshole? -REVIEWS- "You create such wonderful characters and I can't wait to see what happens next!" VampireSa5m41993 "Thank you for wonderful dogs and little brothers and eccentrically hormonal best friends!" -Nat-Attack "I am totally hooked on this book!" nbazinet "I love the way the story flows and that you have really roundabout characters. It's as if they're real while I'm reading!" life_is_beautiful115 "Your work is literally art." lemonsun123 "Every time I read this book it just makes me smile." Nicooole97 Cover by: -winterr

Warning: First few chapters may be cringey. Also, the main character IS the alpha's daughter. * * * * * * "Will you at least look at me?" "What the hell do you want?" I had the knife pointed at him and looked him straight in the eyes. His eyes widened and he looked at the knife, to me, to the knife, to me, then the knife again. "I want you to talk to me." I turned back and continued slicing the tomato. "Give me one good reason why I should speak to you after what you did." I saw him rub his neck from the corner of my eye. "I. . . . . I missed you." I stopped again. He can't do that. He's not allowed to do that. I whirled at him, knife dangerously close to his neck as I stood on my tiptoes and glared at him, my cheeks flushed. "Were you ever planning on coming back?! Did you expect me to just wait there for your return?" I stepped closer to him, close enough that I could feel his breath overlap mine. "Did you really think that I'd be happy to see you?" I could see a storm of feelings swirling in his eyes; sadness, regret, guilt, and every other sour thing Pandora let out of her box. I leaned in closer. "After leaving me like that, I want you to feel what it's like to be rejected by your mate. Feel the crap I went through. Let's see how long you'll last."

Highest ranking: #1 in Teen Fiction -- "Sunshine, what guy do you know has a weird fetish with sign language?" She's the aftermath of a high school party nightmare. Tragedy robbed her of her innocence and stole her voice before she had the chance to speak out. The court called her a liar, and the guilty was set free. Now memories plague her mind and trap her in solitude. She was forced to learn sign language, struggling to find a way to voice her silence. He's the definition of the boy she tried to stay away from. The epitome of harsh rumors and hopeless fantasies. The source of lies and blame. He's analyzed, misunderstood, and utterly mysterious. And he may be the one to find her voice. When they meet, she gets accustomed to his arrogance and he gets accustomed to her silence. An essay is what brings them together, but what happens when he starts asking too many questions? Will her past continue to drag her down, or will he save her? Fate has a funny way of bringing people together, but it doesn't always work how it's supposed to. *different summary inside* "Perfect amount of tragedy, humor, and romance!" -Sparkles530 "I feel like I learned a lot from your story, thank you." - 980Sarah "This book is beautifully written.
