"Heaven is a place on earth". Al is a struggling Writer and Journalist, whose only ambition is to be rich and famous, to embark her existence in humanity forever, however she feels trapped in her everyday routine and hopes to change that. She is on a journey to find herself, and instead finds love in June, midsummer of the year. Al traveled far and wide and soon came home to the place where her heart is, Manila. June, a struggling law school student of UP, manages to cross paths with Al. Little did they know that this mere 'incident' would change their lives forever.
