America and the other countries haven't been getting along in the past 15 years. Ever since 9/11, America has almost completely cut off from the other nations, spending most of his time serving his people, instead of attending important world meetings. He puts on a good show, but almost every country knows he's not ok...Especially England. What was it going to take to bring him back?
