Cedric is a research scientist he finds strange creatures and plants all over the world. He's never been in love because he's always travelling. His research then brings him to Felorn in search of the rare plant The Black Widow Entrancer. There he learns of rumors of a girl who lives in the forest that they call the black widow. She's cursed. He's uneffected by this silly rumor, until he falls right into the middle of it all.
