"Brother, what's-" Ed turns to Al, tears and desperation filling his eyes. "She's gone, Al. She's gone. And it's all my fault!" Al's eyes widen as he stares at the figure behind his brother. Your body was vaporizing slowly. Al points towards you, shaking. The yellow light swallows your body, along with the vine and Ed's machine. Ed turns and hangs his head as everything falls silent. Al stands there wordlessly. Ed blinks away his tears, determination set in his eyes. "She's gone, Al, but I won't allow that. It's not a fair equivalent exchange." Ed looks up at Al. School AU Edward is struggling to keep his grades up in school, but only because he has Envy and Ling Yao as friends so they keep him constantly distracted from his school work. But all that changes when Roy, his teacher is tired of it and decides to whip him into shape and get him back on track by deciding on tutoring him after school. The raven haired male doesn't mean any harm by simple one on one tutoring with his student, but with Envy's and Ling's constant teasing and comments about Roy will make Edward take his kindness another way. Edward does feel his heart race around his teacher from time to time, Does the small student have the hots for his own teacher? Will that cause problems for him when it comes down to the personal tutoring he's going to receive from his good looking teacher?

Edward is usually in his Superior's face during the day, but when everyone is gone, he acts differently towards the flame alchemist that makes Roy raise a brow and question as to why he's like that. In Edward's words it's only to get better information on leads, but... Roy knows the fullmetal alchemist better, and suspects it's more than that. Could Roy Mustang be right about the small alchemist hiding more than he's actually showing?
