Sollux thought they were so cute but he knew he couldn't get one not with his shitty job so he went to work but the more he returned to that street corner the fewer grubs were in the box until only one remained and he remained for weeks until Sollux thought the poor thing had died so when his boss told him to go get rid of the box Sollux picked up the frail thing only to find it wasn't dead and that's when he fell in love
