(Lauren's POV, but not really said so.) Falling in love with someone, who didn't know you was tragic. Watching them in little spots, summoning the courage to speak to them. Wondering, if you actually did. I was too late. She was swooped of her feet. I was too late. I knew it would never happen, I was hopeless. But, those sunflowers were like pieces of my heart, and those notes were a glimpse of my head, and not a single day passed by, do my feelings lessen for her. (Sad, I'm sorry.)

When a new neighbor, a single mother and her baby, moves into Camila's building, Camila starts to lose sleep due to the constant noise of a baby crying. One night she decides to try to put an end to the loud noises, and to let her frustration out on her new neighbor. But when the single mother opens the door, Camila's heart breaks at the sight of the young girl with devastation in her eyes, and she decides to help.

Lauren and Camila live in a tiny, lame, one-room apartment, the best they could afford. They shower together, to save water. They share a medium sized bed, using each other's body heat as a solution to cold nights, because they can't afford fixing the heating. But is there anything more between them than simply using each other to live better? (Trigger warnings: Smoking addiction, abusive behavior / emotional abuse) (New cover by rawrrbaker)
