Természetesen ezt senki sem nézi jó szemmel, így minden ország elhatározta magát, hogy megvédi a Jinchuuriki-jeiket. A sors fintora, hogy a legtöbb Jinchuuriki Tűz országában él, így Namikaze Minato-nak, a 4. Hokage-nek, a felelősségén áll, hogy az ország falvai védve legyenek, ami egy ilyen nagy területen nagyon nehéz és kockázatos.
