AU (alternate universe) of 'The Hunger.' ~~~ Talented cellist John Blaylock is quiet, intelligent, and well over a century old. While he may look no more than thirty years and harmless, do not be mistaken for his kind look- he kills to survive. With his previous partner, Miriam, gone from his life, John lives alone in a modernized mansion he had redecorated just outside the city of New York. Three times a week he would teach students how to play the cello, and the violin. After one of his students leaves after a session, John leaves his home to feed for the night. In a loud nightclub, he meets a young woman named Charlie, and has decided to make her the meal.
