After being killed by a villain made of sludge, Izuku Midoriya was sent to heaven where he met an angel. After taking pity upon the boy for his life, she gave him a choice, to stay in heaven or be reborn with a power...which will he choose? Will he want to live in his horrible world? Or stay here with the beautiful angel? There will be a few derogatory terms, especially ones for people who are mentally challenged, sorry.
