In the far future, genetic engineering is used to strip all sapient species of disability. But when humans have a brief fad of natural birth, disabled children start reappearing. They're quickly termed "Pandoras," the value of their very lives brought into question, and laws are put into place to prevent their births from happening ever again. Xandri Corelel is one of these Pandoras, a young autistic woman scorned by her family and fighting to eke out a living on the streets of Wraith. Then she meets Chui Shan Fung, captain of the first contact and refugee ship Carpathia. Captain Chui has been watching her, and knows about the talent for understanding alien species that Xandri has cultivated. She wants Xandri as part of her crew--but first, Xandri must pass a test to see if she'll even fit in. Wary but hopeful, Xandri joins the Carpathia at Psittaca, a newly-discovered planet peopled by parrot-like sapients. Learning to understand this new species is the easy part compared to trusting her new crew mates. As Xandri continues her diplomatic efforts with the Psittacans, it becomes apparent that the Carpathia's crew aren't the only ones to have discovered the planet, but these other visitors don't have good intentions. In order to protect this beautiful new world, Xandri must find it in herself to overcome years of abuse and neglect, and trust in her new crew.

South England, the 3rd July. Summer fills the town with sunrays and midsummer rain, when Iris moves to the so called "Rainbow Home" for disabled teenagers. While she starts to get used to life in the Rainbow Home, her flatmates still deal with their own problems... Hating to see them having so many problems, Iris tries her best to help them, but realizes soon that some of their problems are more grave than expected. A/N: This story is written in British English. If you don't understand some words, ask kindly or look them up! I'm just more comfortable writing British English and speaking something like an Oxford accent (yes, I chose that myself, I'm German.) -TRIGGER WARNING- This story may contain abuse, mild ableism, discrimination, bullying and amongst others depressive thoughts. If you have issues with the listed themes, I recommend you not to read this story. If you do anyway and end up feeling depressed or triggered, don't say I didn't warn you. Thanks!

Patricia is trying. That's it. She's just trying, at everything, all the time. Trying to succeed at schoolwork despite being pretty average, intelligence-wise. Trying to maintain her friendships despite always being busy. Trying to keep the flat neat, since her dad's always working and her mum's busy with a million and one other things. Trying to make time to see a boyfriend who, what with all the other things she has to do, is quite frankly barely on her radar at this point. And especially trying to learn to love the little sister always foisted on her- trying to love her unconditionally, without imagining if she was different, or, more to the point, not different at all. Rosemary is muddling through life as best she can- which is not terribly well. Schoolwork isn't a problem, as none of her teachers have ever expected any kind of academic output from her. Friendships are difficult, because no matter how much she tries she can't seem to form any. Her one (self-assigned) chore is to keep all of her toys neat, clean, and orderly. Her biggest problem is family- she always finds herself struggling to please but not quite sure how to. Neither Rosemary nor Patricia are a big fan of change. But change is inevitable, and when Rosemary is sent away from home for a week, their dynamic shifts. Patricia is no longer the centre of Rosemary's universe, and Patricia is no longer willing to sacrifice her life for her sister's sake. But as Patricia loses her sister's trust, and Rosemary seems to get more wildly out of control, they have to decide what in their lives they hold dearest. Is Patricia ready to make a choice between her carefully cultivated image and her beloved nightmare of a sister? Is Rosemary able to avoid choosing between her family and the only person who she's ever understood?

Hello! My name is Josefine, and i'm from Denmark. I have Autism. My kindergarten teachers found me acting differently than the other children when i was a child, so they told my parents, and they got someone to check me, and then they found out i have Autism. I was only 2-3 years old (wich makes me really lucky, since it's mostly boys who gets Autism) and today, i'm 15 years old! Some days ago, i decided to make small comics and drawing based around my Autism. They show how i feel and see the world. This might not be what every Autism Person experience, since we're all different from each other. I hope you'll enjoy reading this! ♥
