Stiles' boyfriend had never been the nicest guy. Not in high school. Not in college. Completed Stiles "accidentally" let it slip to a group of very popular girls that he was gay, which really meant he had a master plan to get a hot girlfriend. Stiles "accidentally" bumped into the most popular girl in school, which really meant he wanted her to notice him and his gayness, just so they could become best friends. Stiles "accidentally" made it clear to all of the openly gay boys in school that he was available, which really meant he wanted this whole gay thing to seem real, so Lydia HAD to believe him. Stiles "accidentally" told Derek Hale he'd go to the winter dance with him, which really meant he wanted Lydia to see them together and believe this whole scheme. The only thing Stiles actually did on accident, was fall in love with the captain of the lacrosse team, Derek Hale.

After the Kanima...the beating at Gerard's hands...Stiles leaves for the summer...he doesn't say anything to the pack.... and he doesn't come back till the day before school starts....and who is the new guy....and what is his interest in Stiles?
